Cancellation of Connectivity

Cancellation of a connectivity request shall be permitted for the following reasons only:

  • If Location/Address of the subscriber is out of network coverage of Asian Network and/or a subscriber relocates to a new location where coverage is unavailable.
  • If a subscriber remains inactive due to non-payment for two consecutive months. In such case, the connection will be cancelled and the subscriber is responsible for returning the ONU and devices.
  • Technical incidences beyond Asian Network's jurisdiction making connectivity unfeasible.
  • If a subscriber decides to cancel, they must inform Asian Network formally via email to info@asiannetworkbd.net.

Service Delivery Timeline

Asian Network shall provide the service/connectivity within 03 working days from the date of order confirmation and submission of necessary documents. In case of delay, we will notify the subscriber and reschedule.

সংযোগ বাতিলকরণ

সংযোগের অনুরোধ বাতিল নিম্নলিখিত কারণগুলোতে অনুমোদিত হবে:

  • নেটওয়ার্ক কভারেজের অভাব: যদি গ্রাহকের অবস্থান Asian Network-এর কভারেজের বাইরে হয় বা এমন স্থানে স্থানান্তরিত হন যেখানে সংযোগ নেই।
  • অক্রিয়াশীল গ্রাহক: যদি গ্রাহক টানা দুই মাস বিল পরিশোধ না করেন। এমতাবস্থায় সংযোগ বাতিল হবে এবং প্রদত্ত ডিভাইস (ONU) ফেরত দিতে হবে।
  • কারিগরি সমস্যা: কারিগরি বা অন্য কোনো কারণে সংযোগ প্রদান সম্ভব না হলে।
  • গ্রাহকের অনুরোধে: গ্রাহক সংযোগ বাতিল করতে চাইলে লিখিতভাবে বা ইমেইলের মাধ্যমে (info@asiannetworkbd.net) জানাতে হবে।

পরিষেবা প্রদানের সময়সীমা

Asian Network গ্রাহকের অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণ এবং ডকুমেন্ট জমাদানের ৩ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে সংযোগ প্রদান করবে। বিলম্ব হলে গ্রাহককে অবহিত করে নতুন সময়সূচি জানানো হবে।
