Terms & Conditions

Broadband Internet access and other related services provided by Asian Network.

1. Definitions:
   • "Asian Network", a company registered in Bangladesh, provides Broadband Internet, IPTSP, and related services.
   • "Subscriber" means any person/company availing the services.
   • "Equipment" means hardware like routers, ONUs, cables, etc.
2. Asian Network reserves the right to verify subscriber information and grant or refuse services.
3. Services may be suspended or terminated under government directions without liability to Asian Network.
4. Services are provided on an "AS IS" basis without warranties.
5. Asian Network is not liable for damages caused by viruses, malware, or other harmful components.
6. Bandwidth is dedicated/shared and depends on upstream providers.
7. Devices provided by Asian Network remain its property and must be returned within 15 days of contract termination in good condition. Damages will be charged.
8. The subscriber must provide access for equipment installation and maintenance. Asian Network may disconnect if subscriber equipment interferes with the network.
9. Asian Network representatives may inspect equipment at the subscriber's premises with prior notice.
10. Asian Network is not liable for damage to subscriber's own devices (PCs, TVs).
11. Subscribers must pay installation and activation charges. Shifting connection is subject to coverage availability.
12. Services may be suspended for non-payment of bills by the due date.
13. Paid charges are non-refundable in case of discontinuation. Reactivation may require a fee.
14. Payments: Prepaid users pay before the billing cycle. Postpaid users pay by due date. Late payments attract a 3% monthly penalty (min BDT 1,000).
15. Public IP is charged extra and subject to justification.
16. Subscribers are liable for copyright infringement regarding third-party content.
17. Subscribers must not generate objectionable/obscene content or violate the Bangladesh Telecommunication Act, 2001 or ICT Act.
18. Subscribers must notify Asian Network of any changes in contact information.
19. Reselling or sharing the connection is strictly prohibited.
20. Asian Network may amend terms with 30 days' notice.
21. Breach of contract may lead to suspension or termination of services.
22. Termination does not entitle the subscriber to refunds.
23. Force Majeure applies to service disruptions caused by events beyond control.
24. Package Change: 3 days notice for upgrade, 30 days notice for downgrade/package change via email/written request.
25. IP logs are maintained as per BTRC rules. VPN use requires BTRC approval.
26. Subscribers are responsible for illegal traffic, voice transfer, or spamming originating from their connection.
